Chad Dyche

Chad Dyche is a long-established Baldwin County resident that graduated from Daphne High School and attended the University of South Alabama and Auburn University. After graduating with an MBA and MSF from Auburn, he briefly lived in Birmingham, Alabama working in medical device sales before his heart called him back home to the Gulf Coast to serve his family and the people in his community. With a love for helping others, Chad ventured into the Real Estate sector and now enjoys taking the large burden of home-buying and -selling off of his client’s shoulders and found fulfillment in helping others find their dream home, along with assisting others in selling one of the biggest investments of their lives.

Outside of his Real Estate career, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and golden retriever, being active by playing and watching sports (especially AU), challenging himself, and continuing to grow in every aspect of his life.

Tim Weinacht believes relationships are the foundation of success and is blessed to have the opportunity to build new relationships each day through it.

Tim spent nearly two decades in the executive recruiting and employee relations fields, which helped him master his skills in relationship building. He appreciates the importance of taking the time to truly get to know each of his clients and to fully understand their needs and wants. Tim takes pride in walking his clients through every step of the process to insure they have access to all the tools and information to make the best possible decision.

After growing up in Highland, Illinois, Tim and his family relocated to the Gulf Coast nearly a decade ago and reside in Daphne, along the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, with his wife, Nicole, son, Caiden, who attends Christ the King, and daughter, Collins, who attends Daphne East Elementary. With children in multiple school districts, he appreciates the importance of those with school-aged children finding the right community fit for their family.

How will you communicate with me, and how often?

Each deal/transaction is different. We practice open and honest communication, whether that be through email, text, on the phone, or in person– whichever makes most sense to you! How often we communicate will depend on the situation and client, but we promise to always be available! You receive open access to each of our schedules.

What makes you different than other realtors in the area?

There are many great realtors in our area, but we pride ourselves in being “Client First”. With our double coverage model, you have two realtors in one. Most importantly, we know our market and are continuously up-to-date with everything going on in our communities. We are out each day networking with community leaders to be sure we know before the public knows about real estate related information.

Can you provide relocation advice?

We’ve gone through the process of relocation ourselves, so we have you covered there! Knowing the process intimately from all aspects, we make it as seamless of a transition for you as possible and provide you with access to our vast network of local vendors. Our team brings more than 20 years of hands-on relocation experience nationwide.

Are you a full-time or part-time agent?

We are both full-time agents. In this industry (and any career), to be successful, you have to be all-in. We don’t “half-do” anything when it comes to our clients and knowledge of the area. You get the best of all of our resources.

What is your strategy for my listing?

Our three pillars consist of our double coverage model, client-first focus, and market knowledge. Keeping those three cornerstones in mind, we will invest in marketing your home. Through professional pictures/videos, your home will be shown in the best light. Using our strong market knowledge, we will price your home accordingly to make sure you get the most competitive offers possible. By utilizing our multi-channel social media approach, you have access to our extensive network. Your listing will be put on both the Baldwin County and Mobile MLS to market to other agents and on Zillow/Realtor.com/etc. to market to the public. Throughout the whole process, you will be at the forefront of our priorities.

What is your strategy for the buying process?

First and foremost, it’s all about building the relationship and ensuring that we are a good fit. This gives us the opportunity to learn more about you/your family and the criteria you may be looking for in the dream home. Accordingly, you’ll be set up on a property search that will keep you on top of the market, as it will send you updates as soon as houses/land become available. At the same time, we will connect you with a local lender (unless you’re paying cash) that will work in step with us to secure the preapproval process for your loan, which is mandatory for us to submit an offer. From there, we will evaluate the homes and locations that best suit your needs, contact the listing agents to acquire pertinent information about the properties, and set up showings for the properties of your choosing. When the dream home is realized, we collaborate with you and utilize all of our resources to present the most competitive offer. When our offer gets accepted, we shoulder the burden from contract to close to ensure a seamless transition. This will allow for your biggest worry to be what you’re putting in your new house– not the stressful process of acquiring it.

How will my home be introduced to other Realtors?

Your listing will be put on both the Baldwin County and Mobile MLS to market to other agents. They can schedule showings through the Showing Time app.

What is your availability for getting out to showings quickly?

Availability will never be an issue. With multiple agents serving you, one (or both) of us will work always around your schedule!
